The Breaking Borders scheme brings new music to new audiences across the Northern Counties of Northumberland, Cumbria, Lancashire, Durham, Yorkshire, Cheshire & North Lincolnshire Funding is available, from the Arts Council of England, for tours of new music that can attract new audiences to venues in those counties.
