What's on offer to venues & promoters
Grants will be awarded to the touring musicians, as well as where appropriate, publicity guidance to assist them in promoting their tours. Promoters can benefit from the scheme both directly and indirectly. The indirect support is the knowledge that the tour will be well marketed, by virtue of the publicity materials and marketing grant awarded to the performers. Direct support can also be provided in the form of press and publicity packs including contact lists (which can be supplied on "sticky labels" if required) specimen Press Releases, promotional leaflets for the scheme as a whole and specific publicity materials relating to the tours booked.

Promoters should ask Generator for assistance with these aspects of promoting the tour.

It should also be assuring to Promoters that the scheme has receiving the combined approval of the three Arts Boards and the Arts Council of England, particularly the financial support which will support professional production and publicity costs.
